The room is completely at your disposal, without service. In case of questions or problems with e.g. the coffee machine or connection to the TV screens, the owner is always available.
The venues are always left in the same condition in which they are provided. Please place used glasses, plates and cups in the dishwasher or kitchen. Please also take back packing material. If the room is left dirty or untidy, the costs of cleaning and tidying up will be charged at € 50 per hour + VAT.
Waste is sorted as follows:
Cans and plastic wrappers -> PMD
Paper -> paper basket
Fruit waste, tea bags and coffee grounds -> GFT container
All other waste (including napkins and sugar sachets) -> residual waste
The venue has a maximum capacity of 99 people.
No pasting and/or writing on walls, doors, floors, or windows is allowed – except for the tiles in the Box and the white-board wall in Nurture. No adhesive may be used.
The entire building including garden and nature area is a smoke-free zone. A smoking pole is available at the entrance.
No shoes in the seating area of Perspective (hopefully no socks with holes in them )
The window in breakout room Texture providing access to the terrace should only be used to leave the room, not to enter. This is to prevent damage to the carpet.
The lessee has the option of consuming its own drinks and using own catering. In that case, please notify the owner upfront. Also please take back the packing material like bottles and cans. Use of our glasses is possible at a flat rate of 2,5 € per person. When using outside catering, use of our glasses, plates, cutlery and cups is possible at a flat rate of 5 € per person.
