Why flexibility?

Even the most inspiring space can become… well, ordinary over time. Our brains love patterns, but creativity? That thrives on variety. Flexibility in your working environment keeps the mind sharp, active and curious. It helps you to literally look at the same things differently – and that is exactly where creative ideas come from.

Ten years ago, we thought artificial grass in the office was revolutionary. Today? It’s just normal. What once felt fresh becomes routine. That’s why, when designing Creative Wonderland, we went back to basics: how do we create a meeting room that never feels finished – but always offers possibilities?

Because once the mind is exposed to the same space day in, day out, routine inevitably sets in. No matter how nice that space is. We played with many different ideas when designing our meeting room. Movable walls, floors with holes in them to place chairs and tables on poles… In the end, we opted for a timeless design – a blank canvas. No bells and whistles or special effects. Just a meeting room that has the power to inspire through its unique design.

How we apply flexibility

Some inspiration on how we apply flexibility at Creative Wonderland?

Mobile furniture

All our large items, tables, TV screens and flipcharts are on wheels and can be placed anywhere. Lightweight chairs are stackable and can be used anywhere. 100% flexibility; in just a few minutes, you can transform a presentation room into a workshop space or a safe environment for team discussions in a circle of chairs without tables.

Multifunctional walls

Our meeting room is bursting with writing surfaces. In the Box, you can write directly on the walls. In the Nurture meeting room, we have a magnetic whiteboard that serves as a partition wall from the kitchen and a brainstorming wall. And we make sure that masking tape is always available. Because sometimes a simple 4A on the doors or windows is the start of something big.

Sensory variety

Our breakout rooms are designed with different themes and materials that stimulate the senses. We have chosen different settings in our breakout rooms to keep the mind sharp: mirrors in Reflect, a lowered seating area in Perspective, soft textures and bright colours in Texture with carpet on the walls and cosy seating areas in bright colours. Each corner invites a different conversation, a different thought, a different perspective.

Lighting tailored to your needs

Atmosphere determines mindset. Flexible lighting options ensure that you can set the light just right. That’s why most of the lights are dimmable via the wall-mounted iPads. Prefer less daylight? At the touch of a button, you can close the large doors and create a more intimate setting.
