Because coffee is essential, in our meeting room we serve you organic coffee from Koffie Kàn, wonderfully gentle. A Belgian company with its own coffee roaster.

With my background as a herbalist, you can enjoy homemade herbal infusions in our meeting room. Spicy, soft or punchy, the choice is yours! In thermos flasks, for optimal flavour, or in tea bags, for a lighter taste.

We provide mineral and sparkling water on the tables of the Create and Nurture meeting rooms.

An intensive training or brainstorming session demands a lot from your body. Get a regular little boost of energy with nuts, fruit or homemade snacks (with a reasonable sugar content). (Depending on the chosen catering options).

Free WiFi throughout the space and on the terraces. The password can be find in the entrance hall.

A shuttle service can be arranged – at cost – from the railway stations Leuven or Tienen to our meeting location. Costs about 55€ per ride (vans usually for up to 7 or 8 persons). Always request well in advance to ensure availability.

High-performance sound system, with loudspeakers both inside and outside. Controlled using the wall-mounted iPads, via the Sonos app or Airplay functionality on your smartphone.

Both meeting rooms have several adjacent break-out areas. The Create meeting room has 3 closed, 3 open break-out rooms, the eagle’s nest and the Nurture meeting room (when booking the entire space). In the Nurture meeting room, the kitchen, mezzanine and patio are available.

Each room has one TC screen for presentations. The screens can be used flexibly and are fully mobile and mounted on wheels. Both screens are equipped with WePresent modules for wireless and simultaneous presentation. An HDMI splitter is on standby.

Various materials are available in the FabLab: notepads, coloured paper, pens, pencils, markers, post-its,…

When renting the Create and Nurture meeting rooms, you have the exclusive use of our Boost outdoor space. We have several spaces throughout the garden with tables and benches, perfect for an al fresco meeting or lunch. Need to exercise more? Why not try a walking meeting!

Prefer to take a break with a walk in our beautiful neighbourhood? Behind the church starts the beautiful Mene and Jordaan walk, which leads you through the fields of Hoegaarden. You don’t have to do the full 9 km walk, we are happy to show you a shortened version of about 3 km.

The Create and Nurture meeting rooms are easily accessible for the disabled. A separate toilet is available, with access through the Nurture meeting room.

Would you like to stay and chat or enjoy the garden after a productive session or fascinating training? Make yourself cosy at the fire pit.

You can easily control lighting, audio and the operation of the 2 sliding gates via the wall-mounted iPads in the Create and Nurture meeting rooms and via the fixed panel in the Office meeting room. Light switches are also available at strategic locations for manual operation.
